I'm Elena, a coach, counselor, and guide based in western Sonoma County.

I offer private and group journeys that draw on plant medicine, ritual, somatic practice, and decades of experience supporting people through transformation. My work is held in a container of careful preparation and integration — because the experience itself is just the threshold. What matters most is what you do with it afterward.

I work with leaders, creators, and parents; people navigating grief, trauma, or life transitions; those who have experienced marginalization; and anyone longing to explore consciousness and what it means to be fully alive. Many of my clients come to this work for the first time — if you're new to this, you are welcome here.
