Offerings
My approach is holistic. I coach in five domains of being: physical, emotional, spiritual, creative, and relational. Together, we explore these aspects of your existence to support healing, alignment, and growth.
I am experienced in supporting leaders, creators, and parents; those who have experienced marginalization because of their identities; and people navigating life transitions, grief, or trauma. I am also skilled in exploring ancestral connections, spirituality, and existential questions.
My strength lies in holding space for liminal, in-between states — when something old is falling away and something new has not yet taken form. I know that we must feel to heal, and I draw on a range of embodied, creative, and contemplative strategies to guide that process.
Why preparation and integration matter
Neuroscience shows that experiences in expanded states of consciousness can open powerful windows for change. During these experiences, different regions of the brain begin communicating in new ways, leading to insights, emotional releases, and a felt sense of healing. In the days and weeks that follow, the brain is highly neuroplastic — actively rewiring. New thoughts and beliefs take root more easily. What you focus on during this time shapes long-term patterns.
But without support, many people return to ordinary life too quickly. Insights fade. Old patterns reassert themselves.
This is why every journey I offer is held within a container of preparation and integration. Preparation helps you clarify your intentions and ready yourself — body, mind, and spirit — for the experience ahead. Integration helps you make meaning of what emerged and weave it into the fabric of your daily life. The journey itself is the threshold; the container around it is what makes lasting change possible.
Imagine your beliefs and behaviors as seeds. In the days after an expanded experience, your mind becomes a kind of magical greenhouse — what you water and tend during this window is likely to grow strong and enduring. My work is designed to help you tend that garden with care and skill.
A note on fit
While I am not a licensed psychotherapist and may not be the right fit if you're in an active crisis, my work is most supportive for those who are psychologically stable and seeking clarity, integration, or expansion. That said, the process of self-exploration can uncover unrecognized wounds. For this reason, I strongly encourage clients to also work with a therapist or mental health provider alongside our work.
In this journey, you are your own healer. I am here to hold space, offer guidance, and support the unfolding of your inner wisdom.
In 2026, I will also be certified to legally facilitate psilocybin sessions in the state of Colorado. If you're interested in working within a legal framework, I'm happy to discuss what that looks like.
The Setting
Journeys are held at The Sanctuary—a private, peaceful space nestled in the hills of western Sonoma County, near the town of Occidental. Included in the cost of your retreat is lodging on site, and a few homemade meals and nourishing snacks.
Surrounded by trees and adjacent to a redwood forest, The Sanctuary offers a quiet, nature-immersed environment for reflection, healing, and deep inner work. This setting is an integral part of the journey—designed to invite stillness, presence, and reconnection with yourself and the land.
The Private Journey
The private journey offers a jump-start to transformative change. It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect to yourself on a deeper level. It allows you to step back and reflect on how you are, where you are, and where you’re being called next. It also invites you to explore deeper material—patterns, grief, trauma, or limiting beliefs that may no longer serve you.
Each container is unique. Practices may include coaching, sound healing, flower baths, ceremonies, sitting in the redwoods, mandala creation, and more.
While many elements will be thoughtfully planned in advance, we will stay responsive to what emerges—your needs, desires, and intuitive knowing will shape our time together.
Investment
A private journey is offered as a thoughtfully held container of preparation, ceremony, and integration. The private journey container includes:
2 preparation sessions
1 full-day guided journey
overnight stay
dinner and breakfast
next-morning integration support
2 follow-up integration sessions
Investment: $1800-$2400, based on a sliding scale.
Some clients benefit from additional preparation or integration support, which can be arranged as needed for an additional fee. A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
If you have questions about any of this, please reach out. I'd rather have the conversation than have cost be the thing that keeps you from exploring whether this work is right for you.
The early stages of change or cure may mimic deterioration. Cut a chrysalis open, and you will find a rotting caterpillar…the process of transformation consists almost entirely of decay.

The Intensive Journey
The Private Journey centers on a single pivotal day. The Intensive Journey extends that threshold into a five-day immersion — giving you sustained time in a supported environment during the window when your mind and heart are most open to change.
Rather than returning to ordinary life the morning after, you stay. You slow down. You deepen into the work across multiple days of guided practice, rest, and reflection — allowing insights to take root while you're still held within the container.
The Intensive Journey includes:
4 preparation sessions
5-day retreat at The Sanctuary, including lodging, one nourishing meal per day, cacao, guided experiences, and 3 hours per day of coaching and integrative practices (flower baths, oracle work, art-making, nature-based rituals)
5 integration sessions
A customized preparation and integration plan based on your needs, intentions, and goals
During the retreat, you'll be invited to disconnect from your phone and deepen into presence. You'll commit to daily practices — meditation, light movement, healthy eating, forest bathing, and journaling — that amplify and sustain the shifts unfolding within you.
This program is for those who are ready to devote themselves fully to their healing and transformation. It's for people who know they're on the edge of change and want skilled support to move through it.
Space is limited and participation is by application. Please inquire for rates.
If you are ready to shed old beliefs and behaviors, and to cultivate a more integrated, whole, and vibrant version of yourself — I welcome you.
Ritual is the oldest way we know to support change. It also functions as a bridge between the “inner world” and the “outer world.” Ritual is a way of honoring sacred intention. The more we can bring ritual and ceremony into our lives, the more balanced our inner and outer worlds become.

Small Group Retreats
I also facilitate intimate, residential retreats for small groups. These gatherings include ceremony and are designed for those who have prior experience with such experiences. This prerequisite helps ensure that all participants can engage with the depth and vulnerability the experience invites.
These retreats are experiential and relational. Together, we explore how to cultivate authentic, meaningful connection—with ourselves, with each other, and with the mystery that lives between us. They offer a chance to learn not only who we are, but who we are in relationship.
While many of the practices mirror those in the one-on-one retreats, such as ritual, nature-based exploration, art, and body-based integration, what unfolds is ultimately co-created. Participants shape the container through their presence, stories, and intentions.
Those who gather in these retreats often form bonds that extend well beyond the closing circle—relationships that root and blossom across seasons of life.
Each retreat has a topic of exploration or is an invitation to a specific group of people.
